PAYPAL
Selezionando PayPal, il Cliente verrà reindirizzato al sito web di PayPal e potrà completare il pagamento direttamente tramite il proprio account PayPal.
AVENUE19.IT si riserva il diritto di processare gli ordini esclusivamente qualora l'indirizzo di spedizione coincida con quello verificato e registrato presso PayPal.

SCALAPAY
Il Cliente può scegliere di effettuare il pagamento dell'importo relativo al proprio ordine tramite il servizio Scalapay.
Il servizio è disponibile nei seguenti Paesi: Italia, Spagna, Francia, Portogallo, Germania, Belgio, Paesi Bassi, Austria e Finlandia. Il limite massimo di spesa è pari a 3.000 €.

KLARNA
I clienti possono scegliere di pagare l'importo del proprio ordine utilizzando il servizio Klarna, che è disponibile come metodo di pagamento nei seguenti paesi: Germania, Paesi Bassi, Austria, Belgio, Spagna, Francia e Italia.
Dove disponibile, si applicano i seguenti limiti di pagamento:

Austria: Nessun limite massimo
Belgio: Nessun limite massimo
Francia: Paga in 3 – massimo €4.500
Germania: Nessun limite massimo
Italia: Paga in 3 – massimo €4.500

GIFT CARD
Le carte regalo devono essere utilizzate esclusivamente per acquisti effettuati nel Paese in cui sono state originariamente emesse.
La carta regalo non è riscattabile né trasferibile per l'utilizzo in altri Paesi.
Non è consentito acquistare prodotti aggiuntivi né includerli nella medesima transazione al momento dell'acquisto della carta regalo. Gli ordini non conformi alle presenti condizioni saranno annullati.

PREVENZIONE DELLE FRODI ONLINE
GTP Group S.r.l. (di seguito anche la "Società") svolge, tramite il proprio sito web, attività di commercio al dettaglio online di abbigliamento, calzature e accessori e oggetti di varia natura, destinati a consumatori finali.
L'acquisto dei prodotti può essere effettuato dal Cliente attraverso due modalità alternative: (i) previa registrazione sul sito della Società mediante la creazione di un account personale, oppure (ii) in modalità guest, ossia senza registrazione, con accesso diretto alla procedura di acquisto online. In entrambe le ipotesi, il Cliente è tenuto a fornire dati veritieri, completi e aggiornati, necessari alla corretta esecuzione del contratto di vendita e alla gestione dell'ordine.
Nell'ambito della propria attività, la Società ha implementato e adotta specifiche procedure di controllo e prevenzione finalizzate a ridurre e contrastare eventuali tentativi di frode, uso illecito dei mezzi di pagamento o altre attività non conformi alla normativa vigente e alle Condizioni Generali di Vendita. Tali procedure possono includere verifiche automatizzate e/o manuali delle transazioni e dei dati forniti dal Cliente, anche attraverso sistemi di controllo antifrode e strumenti di analisi del rischio.
In particolare, qualora GTP Group S.r.l., a propria discrezione e sulla base di parametri di sicurezza e affidabilità, rilevi elementi riconducibili a possibili rischi di frode o anomalie nel corso del processo di acquisto — come espressamente disciplinato nelle Condizioni Generali di Vendita — la Società si riserva la facoltà di sospendere temporaneamente la transazione e di procedere alla richiesta di ulteriori verifiche e all'identificazione del Cliente.
Tale attività di identificazione potrà comportare la richiesta di documentazione aggiuntiva e/o di informazioni integrative atte a confermare l'identità del Cliente e la legittimità della transazione. Il mancato o incompleto riscontro alle suddette richieste potrà comportare il rifiuto dell'ordine e/o l'annullamento della transazione, senza pregiudizio per gli ulteriori diritti riconosciuti alla Società ai sensi di legge e delle Condizioni Generali di Vendita.

AVENUE19.IT reserves the right to process orders exclusively if the shipping address matches the verified and registered address with PayPal.
SCALAPAY
The Customer may choose to pay the amount for their order via the Scalapay service.
The service is available in the following countries: Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, and Finland. The maximum spending limit is €3,000.
KLARNA
Customers may choose to pay for their order using the Klarna service, which is available as a payment method in the following countries: Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, and Italy.
Where available, the following payment limits apply:

GIFT CARD
Gift cards must be used exclusively for purchases made in the country in which they were originally issued.
The gift card is not redeemable or transferable for use in other countries.
It is not permitted to purchase additional products or include them in the same transaction when purchasing a gift card. Orders that do not comply with these conditions will be cancelled.

ONLINE FRAUD PREVENTION
GTP Group S.r.l. (hereinafter also the "Company") carries out, through its website, online retail activities in clothing, footwear, accessories, and various goods, intended for end consumers.
The purchase of products can be made by the Customer in two alternative ways: (i) upon registration on the Company's website by creating a personal account, or (ii) as a guest, i.e., without registration, with direct access to the online purchase procedure. In both cases, the Customer must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date data necessary for the correct execution of the sales contract and order management.
As part of its activities, the Company has implemented and adopts specific control and prevention procedures aimed at reducing and combating any attempted fraud, illegal use of payment instruments, or other activities not in compliance with current regulations and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Such procedures may include automated and/or manual verification of transactions and data provided by the Customer, also through anti-fraud control systems and risk analysis tools.
In particular, if GTP Group S.r.l., at its own discretion and based on security and reliability parameters, detects elements attributable to possible fraud risks or anomalies during the purchase process — as expressly governed in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale — the Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend the transaction and proceed with requesting further verification and identification of the Customer.
Such identification activity may entail requesting additional documentation and/or supplementary information to confirm the Customer's identity and the legitimacy of the transaction. Failure to or incomplete response to such requests may result in refusal of the order and/or cancellation of the transaction, without prejudice to the further rights granted to the Company by law and under the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
