AVENUe19.IT spedisce in tutto il mondo tramite FedEx, TNT, UPS.

TEMPI DI CONSEGNA

Gli ordini effettuati dopo le 12:00 PM (CET) saranno elaborati il entro 2 giorni lavorativi. Gli ordini effettuati prima delle 12:00 PM saranno gestiti lo stesso giorno, soggetti alla disponibilità del prodotto e alla conferma del pagamento. Si prega di notare che i tempi di elaborazione possono variare in caso di circostanze impreviste o situazioni eccezionali.

COSTI DI SPEDIZIONE

I costi di spedizione di AVENUE19.IT secondo l'area geografica sono elencati di seguito, la spedizione gratuita è garantita esclusivamente se la soglia di spedizione viene superata con uno o più prodotti a prezzo pieno.

I prezzi indicati sul sito includono IVA e dazi doganali per i seguenti paesi: Stati Uniti, Giappone, Svizzera, Regno Unito, Hong Kong, Canada, Bahrein, Brunei, Giordania, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Arabia Saudita, Emirati Arabi Uniti.

Si prega di notare che per tutti i paesi non menzionati sopra, i clienti sono responsabili di eventuali dazi e tasse. Questo importo deve essere corrisposto al corriere, secondo il processo raccomandato dal corriere stesso.

I prezzi delle spedizioni possono variare a seguito di situazioni non imputabili a Avenue 19 (es. guerre, pandemie, aumenti del prezzo del petrolio, ecc).

Si prega inoltre di notare che nel caso in cui, per qualsiasi motivo, il cliente rifiuti la consegna del pacco, i costi di spedizione e i dazi di importazione relativi al ritorno automatico del pacco al mittente saranno addebitati al cliente. Questo importo sarà detratto dall'importo totale del rimborso dovuto.

Per i resi da Cina con un valore della merce superiore a CNY 5.000, tutti i costi e le procedure relative al reso, compresi lo sdoganamento e i dazi, sono la sola responsabilità del cliente. Qualsiasi reso iniziato a spese di Avenue19 sarà rifiutato e restituito al cliente.

TRACCIAMENTO SPEDIZIONE

I clienti ricevono un'email da TNT, FedEX o UPS con il numero di tracciamento (AWB) relativo all'ordine.

Per monitorare lo stato di un ordine, si prega di visitare il sito ufficiale TNT https://www.tnt.it/tracking/Tracking.do o il sito FedEx https://www.fedex.com/en-it/home.html o il sito UPS https://www.ups.com/track?loc=it_IT&requester=ST/ e inserire il numero di tracciamento inviato via e-mail nell'area "Track Your Shipment".

SPEDIZIONI PROFUMI

I profumi sono considerati "merci pericolose" e sono soggetti alle normative IATA per il trasporto aereo. I profumi saranno spediti con scatole di imballaggio specifiche e sigilli e non possono superare i 150 ml.

Si prega di notare che i profumi possono solo essere spediti nei seguenti paesi: Andorra, Austria, Belgio, Bulgaria, Cipro, Repubblica Ceca, Danimarca, Estonia, Finlandia, Francia, Germania, Grecia, Ungheria, Irlanda, Italia, Lettonia, Lituania, Lussemburgo, Malta, Monaco, Paesi Bassi, Polonia, Portogallo, San Marino, Slovacchia, Slovenia, Spagna, Svizzera, Regno Unito, Stati Uniti d'America, Città del Vaticano.

Quando un ordine include un profumo oltre ad altri articoli di abbigliamento, i profumi saranno processati separatamente dalla scatola personalizzata AVENUE19.IT. Inoltre, i profumi non possono essere confezionati in scatole regalo.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) will be processed within 2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be handled the same day, subject to product availability and payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary in the event of unforeseen circumstances or exceptional situations.

Below are the estimated delivery times (once the package has been handed over to FedEx, TNT, or UPS):

AVENUE19.IT cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstance beyond AVENUE19.IT's control.

SHIPPING COSTS

AVENUE19.IT shipping costs by geographic area are listed below. Free shipping is guaranteed exclusively if the shipping threshold is exceeded with one or more full-price products.

Prices shown on the site include VAT and customs duties for the following countries: United States, Japan, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Canada, Bahrain, Brunei, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates.

Please note that for all countries not mentioned above, customers are responsible for any duties and taxes. This amount must be paid to the courier, according to the process recommended by the courier itself.

Shipping prices may vary due to situations beyond Avenue 19's control (e.g., wars, pandemics, oil price increases, etc.)

Please also note that if, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the package, the shipping costs and import duties related to the automatic return of the package to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total refund due.

For returns from China with a merchandise value exceeding CNY 5,000, all costs and procedures related to the return, including customs clearance and duties, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any return initiated at Avenue19's expense will be refused and returned to the customer.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Customers receive an email from TNT, FedEx, or UPS with the tracking number (AWB) for their order.

FRAGRANCE SHIPPING

Perfumes are considered "dangerous goods" and are subject to IATA regulations for air transport. Perfumes will be shipped in specific packaging boxes with seals and cannot exceed 150 ml.

Please note that perfumes can only be shipped to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States of America, Vatican City.

When an order includes a perfume in addition to other clothing items, the perfumes will be processed separately from the AVENUE19.IT custom box. Furthermore, perfumes cannot be gift-wrapped.
