Varsity Jacket Rooting Oat

Oversized varsity jacket combining a wool body with contrasting PU leather sleeves. Designed with a relaxed fit and dropped shoulders, it features a wool collar, snap-button closure, side pockets and striped ribbed cuffs and hem. Embroidered and chenille patches are distributed across the body and sleeves, giving the classic letterman construction a more irregular, handcrafted character.

The graphics draw from esoteric symbolism, mystical interpretations of nature and the raw visual language of underground counterculture. Organic forms, cryptic figures and hand-drawn symbols are translated into varsity-style patches, creating the feeling of personal signs collected and added over time. The traditional American college jacket is reworked into something more instinctive and unconventional, suspended between nature, spirituality and rebellion.
